もちろん 中には「店長が怒鳴る」とか「人間関係」など色んな理由がありますがとにかく、どの店も慢性的人手不足です。人手不足であるから当然、社員や店長は本来希望するシフト以外の出勤や急な欠勤の穴埋めをして貰ったり、土日、連休、年末年始、ゴールデンウィークなど人が出たがらない日に出勤してもらうお願いをするわけです。だいたい、そのお願いはベテランのパートさんが多いわけです。すると今度は彼女たちはこう考える訳です。「店に私は貢献してる。」つまり、自分たちがパートであるという立場を
忘れてしまい、どんどん我がままになっていく訳です。酷い店だと月間２００時間以上一人のパートさんが働いてる場合があります。
もちろん そんなパートさんが一人でも急に辞めたら大変なことになります。社員一人分の労働時間を埋めるのは尋常じゃありません。
労働時間だけじゃなく、新人ではできない発注業務や他の様々な業務もやっていて、社員より詳しい場合も多々あります。
仮にそのおばちゃんたちが 仕事中に廃棄するコーヒーだとかを休憩室で飲んだり、数少ない採用の中で入ったばっかりの新人を
怒鳴ったり、業務上の細々としたおばちゃんたちのやり方がマニュアルと違ったり、髪の毛を染めてきたり、検便とか提出物を出さなかったり
、仕事中の私語が多かったりとか、とにかく社員として店長として注意しないといけない場合も多々あるわけです。
